Этот документ — публичная оферта (the “Public Offer”) от ИП AOM (the “Provider”) к любому юридическому или физическому лицу (the “Customer”), желающему приобрести подписку на сервис QRGen на условиях, изложенных ниже.
1. Subject
The Provider grants the Customer access to QRGen (qrgen.app): static QR generation, dynamic QR codes, click analytics, KZ deep-link routing, retargeting export, and REST API per the chosen plan.
2. Acceptance
Acceptance of this Public Offer = registration of an account and payment of the subscription fee for the chosen plan. The contract enters into force at the moment of payment confirmation.
3. Plans + fees
- Free
- 0 ₸ / mo — static QRs only.
- Pro
- 4 500 ₸ / mo — 25 dynamic QRs, analytics, vCard, bulk ≤ 10.
- Team
- 14 500 ₸ / mo — 100 dynamic QRs, 5 seats, API, custom domain, bulk ≤ 100.
- Business
- 49 500 ₸ / mo — unlimited dynamic QRs, white-label, SSO, audit log, SLA.
4. Payment
Payment via Plexy (Kaspi Gold, Halyk, Visa/Mastercard) in tenge. International cards via Stripe in USD as available. Receipts issued automatically and emailed to the Customer.
5. Term
Auto-renewing monthly subscription. Cancellation can be performed at any time from the dashboard; the remainder of the current period stays active.
6. Refunds
See Refund Policy. Statutory rights under Kazakh consumer law are not waived.
