· 1. 14-day money back
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we refund 100% of the fee paid, no questions asked. Email қолдау@qrgen.app with your order reference.
· 2. Pro-rated refunds for technical incidents
If we fail to meet the 99.9% uptime SLA on the Business plan in any calendar month, we refund pro-rata for the downtime exceeding 0.1%. Тегін + Pro tiers do not include SLA refunds.
· 3. Non-refundable
· Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window remain billed for the current period; access continues until end of period. Add-ons consumed (e.g. SMS scan alerts) are non-refundable.
· 4. Refund timeline
· Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days for Plexy / Kaspi, 5-10 business days for international cards.
· 5. Statutory rights
· Nothing in this policy waives the consumer-protection rights afforded under Kazakh law (Закон РК «О защите прав потребителей»).
