By using QRGen (the “Service”) you accept these Bedingungen. The Service is operated by ИП AOM (the “Company”), a sole proprietorship registered in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. These Bedingungen are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes go to the Almaty city courts.
· 1. Eligibility + account
· You must be 18+ or have parental consent. You are responsible for any activity under your account, including the destinations you encode into QR codes. Sharing accounts is allowed under the Team plan (5 seats); commercial resale of accounts is not.
· 2. Acceptable use
· You agree not to use the Service to host phishing, malware, deceptive impersonation, or any content prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or applicable international law. We screen short-link destinations against Google Safe Browsing on creation and rescan every 4 hours. We reserve the right to suspend any QR found violating these terms without prior notice.
· 3. Plans + billing
Kostenlos statisch QR codes are provided at no cost forever. Pro, Team and Business plans are billed monthly via Plexy (KZT) or Stripe (USD when available). All sales are final once the billing period starts; refunds are governed by the Refund Richtlinie.
· 4. Service availability
The redirect hot path targets sub-50ms p99 latency and 99.9% monthly uptime. Business plan includes a written SLA with credit for outages > 0.1% in any calendar month. Kostenlos + Pro tiers receive best-effort uptime, no SLA.
· 5. Data ownership
· You own the destinations you upload. We store scan-event metadata (IP, UA, country, device) for 90 days before aggregating into anonymized daily roll-ups. We never sell scan-event data to third parties.
· 6. Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, paid plans downgrade to Kostenlos at the end of the current billing period; statisch QRs remain accessible, dynamisch QRs go read-only and can be re-activated upon resubscription within 12 months.
· 7. Liability
· To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company's liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Änderungen
We may update these Bedingungen. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email and the in-app banner; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
